      针对新上课的高校教师,尤其是非师范类毕业的新教师,从进入角色、勤于思考、勇于实践、总结经验等四方面提出建议,就提高教学质量提出一个循环图式的改进教学的闭环,使新教师完成向经验丰富教师的快速转变。
Abstract:
      We have four pieces of advice to new teachers, especially to those who are not graduates of normal universities. They are adapting to the role of a teacher who needs to think diligently, practice bravely, and keep on summing - up experiences. After implementing repeatedly a close - loop procedure of improving teaching, a new teacher grows quickly into an experienced teacher.
