Abstract: |
We have four pieces of advice to new teachers, especially to those who are not graduates of normal universities. They are adapting to the role of a teacher who needs to think diligently, practice bravely, and keep on summing - up experiences. After implementing repeatedly a close - loop procedure of improving teaching, a new teacher grows quickly into an experienced teacher. |
