      教学实战化是院校贯彻落实“战训一致”原则,培养“能打仗、打胜仗”高素质新型军事指挥人才的根本要求。提高初级指挥人才培养质量,关键在于能否牢固树立教学实战化的理念,实现教学实战化最大效益。要适应新要求,切实增强教学实战化的紧迫感和使命感;要瞄准新战场,科学把握教学实战化整体架构;要把握关键点,力求教学实战化效能的最大化;要强化规范性,有效推进教学实战化持续深入发展。
Abstract:
      Actual combat teaching is the fundamental requirement of fostering highly qualified military personnel who can skillfully command war. The key to promoting the quality of personnel - training is setting up an idea of actual combat teaching and making the most of it. First,we should adapt to new requirements to raise sense of duty and pressing. Second,we should scientifically grasping the overall architecture of actual combat teaching. Third,we should grasping the key point to realize teaching benefit to maximization. Last,we should promote sustained and in - depth development of actual combat.
