| The effects of specialist－professor running a university mainly incarnates at four aspects: the effects of leading the way and its demonstrating of the spirit of university，the effect of the core supporting inside the university running system，the effect of consultation on the decision－making of university development，the effect of dominant and deciding of teaching and scientific research work．Exertion of the effects of specialist－professor running a university is the core and key of modern university systems，as well as the important content and the main effective approach of university leadership running by leading of university Committee of the Communist Party． |
