中文摘要:
      国际化创新型外语人才培养应以国际化培养为主线、以培养学生创新能力和提高思辨能力为中心,善于进行跨文化沟通的国际创新型外语人才。探索国际化创新型外语人才培养途径与方法,构建国际化创新型外语人才培养课程体系,培养跨文化交际、沟通、交流的意识和能力、创新教育方式、强化思维训练的外语人才培养,实施高水平、国际化的师资队伍塑造战略,探索国际化创新型外语人才培养的实践教学和打造国际化创新型外语人才培养的教材建设体系。不断总结创新人才培养模式和教育方式,才能走出一条符合我国国情的国际化创新型外语人才培养之路。
Abstract:
      Training internationalized and innovative foreign language talents lies in the internationalization development as the main line,the development and improvement of the students’innovative & thinking abilities as the center,and the cross-cultural communication as the main task.The internationalized and innovative foreign language talents cultivation should be as follows: to change a new concept of internationalized and innovative foreign language talents,to define the internationalized and innovative foreign language talents,to explore the ways and methods of cultivating foreign language talents,to construct the course system of internationalized and innovative talents,to cultivate the awareness and ability of intercultural communication,to innovate the education style and strengthen the thinking of cultivating foreign language talents,to implement the strategy of high-level and internationalized teaching staff,to explore the practice teaching of foreign language talents and to create the textbook construction system of the internationalized and innovative foreign language talents.We need to actively explore and conclude an internationalized and innovative foreign language talents model of China’s national situation.
