      本文从宏观角度依国别、时间为纬剖析国外大学教师选聘制度; 并以国内大学教师选聘制度的变更为内容,以时间为纬剖析国内大学教师选聘制度; 以我国学者眼中的国外大学教师选聘制度为脉络,分析各国大学教师选聘制度特点,求同议异。通过比较研究得出启示: 宏观制度方面,各国对大学教师职务都有着明确的备选条件,除了对教师的聘任条件有着明确的规定外,各国还具有一套严格的考核制度,以确保所聘教师“名符其实”,国外大学教师选聘机制形式多样,考核详实,机动灵活,充满人性,尊重人权,崇尚自由,民主决策,服务学术,注重培养,持续关注。现行国内大多数学者注重别国的经验,但对于本土适应性,如何适应借鉴的研究还很少,制度如何落实的研究极少,“点”上的关注不够。如何借鉴国外大学教师选聘制度? 找到适切的方向,是进一步研究的重点。
Abstract:
      From a macro point of view,the paper analyzes the university teacher selecting system abroad,attention also paid to the contents as well as the changes of teacher selection system in domestic university. From the aspect of domestic scholars,the author summarized the characteristics of teacher employment system in western country and analyzed the contexts of different selecting systems home and abroad. Through a comparative study,we have had some enlightenments: in macroscopic system,all countries have a clear alternative conditions of university teachers,in addition to the appointment of teachers conditions are clearly defined,they also have a set of strict examination systems in order to ensure that the teachers “live up to one’s name”. The western selecting systems embrace these merits: various selecting channels; specified selecting criteria; flexible selecting methods; respecting human right; respecting and caring people; abundance freedom; democratic decision - making; academy oriented ; specified cultivation; sustainable concentration. In addition,most scholars emphasized the experience of other countries,but less for local adaptation. How to draw on the advantages of teacher employment system in foreign university This is the direction for further study.
