| 以光学类期刊为例，对JCR指标进行了详细的介绍，探讨了不同指标在期刊评价中的意义，分析了“影响因子”的缺陷以及特征值参数指标在评价期刊影响力方面的特点和优势。然后，根据JCR指标，分析了三种不同类型学术期刊的特点，并以此为基础，就学术交流过程中的期刊选取问题进行了讨论，指出在学术交流过程中，应充分发挥不同类型的期刊之间的优势互补，以达到最佳的学术交流效果。 |
| Abstract: |
| Journal citation report （JCR）parameters are introduced in detail with the help of the academic journals related to the optics，and the meaning of these parameters are discussed. It is shown that the Eigenfactor Metrics is more suitable to evaluate the influence of the academic journals than the impact factor. Then，the characteristics of academic journals are analyzed based on the JCR parameters. It is revealed that each sort of academic journal should have its own advantages，and should be fully utilized to optimize the effect of academic communication. The suggestions on the option and utilization of the academic journals are also given. |
