| 分析了美、俄、英、法等国家士官教育培训的特点。借鉴外军士官教育培训的成功经验和做法，我军士官人才培养要结合军队建设与改革发展实际，建立分工明确、逐级递进的培训体系，资源共享、合力育人的运行机制，岗位对接、双证融合的质量标准和信息主导、能力为本的组训模式，切实提升新型士官人才培养质量。 |
| Abstract: |
| This paper analyzes the characteristics of foreign troops sergeants’education and training of the countries like United States，Russia，Britain and France. And it introduces some of their successful experience for reference，on the basic of which it puts forward a series of conclusion that China’s sergeant personnel training should be carried out according to military construction thoughts and the actual situation of reform and development. In order to improve the capability of high-caliber sergeant personnel，a step-by-step training system with clear responsibility should be built，we should establish a resource sharing education mechanism，enforce the post joint and double-certificate quality standard，and adopt an information-dominated training pattern，which is completely based on capacity. |
