      实施本科生导师制是一种教学模式的改革创新。在工程技术类本科学员中实施全程导师制,对于进一步优化教学资源配置、提高工程技术类学员创新能力、促进拔尖创新人才培养具有重要意义。通过问卷调查,对国防科大《本科学员全程导师制办法(试行)》在工程技术类学员中的实施现状及存在的问题进行了系统分析,结合学员队对学员的科学管理,对全程导师制提出了针对性的建议。
Abstract:
      The undergraduate tutorial system is the innovation of the teaching mode. The implementation of the whole course tutorial system on engineering technology undergraduates has significant consequences for further optimal assignation of teaching resources,improvement of the engineering technology undergraduates’creative ability and cultivation of tip-top innovative talents. Based on the massive data of questionnaires,the thesis provides a systematical analysis of the present situations and problems of the implementation of‘The Scheme of The Whole Course Tutorial System on the Undergraduates(Tentative)’among the engineering technology undergraduates in the National University of Defense Technology,and gives some directional suggestions considering the undergraduates’expectations of the whole course tutorial system.
