      新时期部队和高校形势的深刻变化呼唤军训课程的改革。国防生担任大学生军训教官有着独特的优势,是高校在军训课程改革和国防生培养上探索出的一种新模式。这种模式在部分高校施行后,逐步探索取得了一些有益的经验。深入总结经验和不足,有助于进一步推进和完善国防生担任军训教官模式下的军训课程改革。
Abstract:
      Profound situation changes in forces and universities in the new era call for the reform of military training course. National defense students’serving as instructors of military training for college students has unique advantages,and it is a new model of the military training course reform and national defense students education in universities. This model has made some beneficial experience after the implementation in some colleges and universities. It helps to further promote and perfect the mode of military training curriculum reform,i. e. national defense students’serving as the college military training instructors.
