着眼新形势下汽车部(分) 队岗位需求及课程教学实际,从培养提高士官高职学员的实践管理能力出发,阐述了“教学做” 一体化教学模式的内涵,系统分析了当前士官高职学员学情现状及本课程的教学现状,深入探索了“教学做”一体化教学模式下“汽车分队管理”课程教学中的课程教学设计、课程教学模块、教学方法创新改革和教学考核改革等方面的实践应用,有力推动了课程建设的创新发展。 |
Abstract: |
This paper has paid attention to post needs and actuality of course teaching,starting from raising sergeants’management ability,elaborating the contents of the integral mode of“Teaching-Learning-Practising”. The paper has systematically analysed the sergeants’learning and the status quo of the course,thoroughly explored the course teaching design,its mold pieces,the teaching method innovation and the reform in testing,which have powerfully improved creative development of the course construction. |
