| 学员连队化管理是我校响应总部提出的“院校教育向实战聚焦、向部队靠拢” 的号召而进行的学员管理模式的改革。新型管理模式给习惯于按专业按编班的政治理论教学带来一些新问题。正确认识二者之间的内在统一性与冲突性，优化政治理论课教学，具有重要现实意义。 |
| Abstract: |
| In order to respond to the Headquarters’call that military schools and universities should orient education toward practical warfare and close to troops，the management mode of company of cadets is a reform of management mode of cadets in our university. The new mode of management has brought about new problems to the teaching of those political theory courses used to be classified in accordance with specialties. It is significant to get a correct view of internal uniformity and contradiction between those two and to optimize the teaching of political theory courses. |
