| Analyzing the data of blind review of doctoral dissertations，making a research of the relationship between the number of reviewing experts，reviewing rules and the risks in dissertation-reviewing，the thesis studied the risks that might exist in the process of reviewing and analyzed the quantitative impact of the number of reviewing experts and the change of reviewing rules on the risk value. |
