| Abstract: |
| Based on the status quo of giving full play to the comprehensive efficiency of large-scale practicing Teaching activities，contracting with the requirements of practicing training，combining with the characteristics in talents-training，the paper analyzes the main problems existing in the exercising the comprehensive efficiency in the present training mode. It also explores some specific measures in improving the comprehensive efficiency in the aspects of teaching，researching， talents-training and achievements-obtaining. |
