| Abstract: |
| The faculties of PME schools are often referred to as crown jewels in the treasure chest and critical educational source. The paper explains the situation now of the faculty team of senior PME schools from the aspects of construction，the standards of“top quality”for faculty，the characteristics of civilian faculty，how the faculties treat academic freedom，the different requirements and the prospect of the professional career for kinds of professors. |
