| 健全军队院校教育、部队训练实践、军事职业教育“三位一体” 的新型军事人才培养体系，是党中央、中央军委做出的重大战略部署。贯彻落实这一重大战略部署，本文着眼新型士官人才培养需要，从把握其科学内涵、直面当前士官人才培养体系面临的现实问题上进行了深入分析，并为着力构建“三位一体”新型士官人才培养体系提出对策性建议。 |
| Abstract: |
| To build a training system to cultivate non-commissioned officers of a new type of “Triunity”featured by sound education in military academies and schools，training practice in troops and military vocational education is one of major strategies made by the Party Central Committee and the Military Commission of the Central Committee of the CPC. In order to carry out this major strategy，aiming at the need of cultivating non-commissioned officers of a new type，this paper thoroughly analyzes actual problems concerning cultivation system of non-commissioned officers by grasping its scientific content. Meanwhile the paper puts forward countermeasures for building a training system to cultivate non-commissioned officers of a new type of“Triunity”. |
