      以《泰晤士报高等教育副刊》世界大学排名为分析框架,探索中国大学与国外一流高校在各项评价指标上存在的差距。中国大学的研究水平和研究影响力指标得分偏低,国际化指标排名靠后,同时还存在着学科间发展不均衡的问题。针对这些问题,中国高校应调整战略规划思路,吸取世界一流大学建设经验,加强科研管理,深化国际合作,发展薄弱学科,以学科建设为龙头不断提升竞争力,为“双一流”建设提供经验和思路。
Abstract:
      Using Times Higher Education(THE)world university rankings as analytical framework,this article compared Chinese universities with world-class universities from the overall perspectives to identify the disparity existing. The indicator of Research and Citations of Chinese universities scores relatively lower than that of other universities in the world as well as the International index ranking. Also,the unbalanced state of discipline distribution still exists among Chinese universities. Aiming at these problems,Chinese universities should readjust the strategy plans to learn from the world-class universities,reinforcing research management and improving cooperation between universities to speed up Internationalization and also strengthening the disciplines comparatively weak while boosting the research competitiveness,so as to provide the“Double-First-Class”Construction of Chinese universities with experience and suggestions.
