      本文在我国高等体育院校进行体育教育专业培养方案调整和教育部提出研制核心素养体系的时机,对职前体育教师的核心素养进行研究,参照欧盟的核心素养理念,主要运用访谈法、问卷调查法等构建职前体育教师核心素养问卷,经理论分析、探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析后建立了职前体育教师的核心素养模型,希望为体育教育专业培养方案调整提供参考。
Abstract:
      Based on physical education professional training program adjustment in China colleges and universities and instructions put forward by Ministry of Education to develop key competences system,the paper made a study of the key competences of pre-service physical education teachers,with reference to the EU key competences idea,mainly using the interview method,questionnaire survey to structure pre-service physical education teachers’key competences. Through the theoretical analysis,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,the paper established the theory model of the pre-service physical education teachers’key competence.
