| Abstract: |
| The training course of U.S. Army ranger school is known as“the world’s hardest combating course”and“the most rigorous training course for physical and mental requirements of the U.S. Army”. The purpose of the course is to enable the ranger students to learn how to enhance to be combat leaders under the circumstance of great psychological pressure and physical exhaustion. Ranger schools are open to all active servicemen of U.S. Army and the single-period training class is organized after strict selection process. The training course also attaches much more importance to small-unit tactical training and instructors appointed by ranger troops are responsible for supervision and evaluation. The training of ranger school includes Fort Benning phase，Mountain phase and Florida phase. The training participants successfully having passed these three stages will receive ranger badges of lifetime validity. |
