| Abstract: |
| The leaders of the senior PME schools shoulder responsibility to the nation and the armed forces. Based on the documents and data collected from 6 senior PME schools，the article explains respectively the qualities that these commandants should have，their day-to-day works and understanding to their faculty’s jobs；as well as the dean’s position and responsibilities，the different types of staffing and designing，the present situation of the deans in these schools. |
