| 以美军研究生教育的政策体系框架为研究对象，将该政策体系框架归纳为核心政策、政策制定的法律依据、配套政策三个部分，对各组成内容进行了总结。重点介绍了美国国防部发布的研究生教育政策、军种发布的研究生教育政策（以海军为例）。最后，从借鉴性角度，对该政策体系框架进行了解读。 |
| Abstract: |
| Taking the framework of the policy system of postgraduate education in the US Army as the subject，the paper has summed up as the core policy，the legal basis of policy making and the supporting policies. The paper has made a summary of the contents of each component and concentrates on introducing policies concerning postgraduate education issued by the United States Department of Defense and postgraduate education policies issued by the US Army services（taking the Navy as an example）. Finally，from the reference point of view，the paper has given an interpretation of the US Army’s framework of the policy system. |
