以南京某高校实施翻转课堂教学的教师和学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查、学生评教数据分析、教师座谈和深度访谈等多种形式,探究翻转课堂教学模式相较于传统教学模式的优势。调查表明翻转课堂教学更能体现“学为中心”的教学理念,能够促进学生团队精神、自学能力、表达能力等的培养,能够促进教师更加重视教学设计、增加教学投入,促进教学相长。建议高校重视信息技术对人才培养质量提高的重要作用,重新构建与之相适应的教学评价方式,扩大翻转课堂教学的规模和学生的受益面。 |
Abstract: |
This study explores the advantages of flipped classroom teaching model over the traditional classroom teaching model. Participants were teachers and students from a university in Nanjing,which had been practicing flipped classroom teaching. Instruments consisted of questionnaires and interviews of different types. The results show that flipped classroom model is student-centered,which helps the students to promote their team spirit,self-learning ability and verbal dexterity. This model also encourages the teachers to pay more attention to course design and teaching investment. It is therefore proposed that attention should be directed towards the role of information technology and suitable teaching assessment in order to practice flipped classroom teaching on a large scale and make more students benefit from this teaching practice. |
