Abstract: |
This paper studies the tutor system for undergraduates initiated by Oxbridge. It aims to deeply understand the origin and the essence of this system,and analyze the existing problems of the current tutor system in National University of Defense Technology (NUDT). In order to provide a useful train of thought for improving the quality of undergraduate education in NUDT,a full tutorial program in line with the management of NUDT was designed. |
