| 信息化条件下的联合作战指挥对联合作战指挥勤务保障提出了更高的要求，需要依托军队院校和部队的各自优势进行作战指挥勤务保障人才的联合培养。以生长军官培养为对象，分析了联合作战指挥勤务保障人才培养面临的问题及困境，提出了“培养方案、培养平台、培养机制”三者为一体的联合作战指挥勤务保障人才培养途径，剖析了其具体内容构成。 |
| Abstract: |
| Joint operation command under the information condition places a greater demand on the service support for it. Cultivation of talents in service support needs the joint effort of the military academies and the troops，each having its own advantages. The problems and dilemmas faced in the training of the talents are analyzed. The training systems including the training program，the training platform，and the training mechanism are suggested and the contents are put forward. |
