| 习近平总书记指出，教师是立教之本、兴教之源。他要求广大教师牢固树立中国特色社会主义理想信念、牢固树立终身学习理念、牢固树立改革创新意识，以德立身、以德立学、以德施教，坚持教书和育人、言传和身教、潜心问道和关注社会、学术自由和学术规范相统一，争做有理想信念、道德情操、扎实学识、仁爱之心的“四有”好教师和学生锤炼品格的引路人、学生学习知识的引路人、学生创新思维的引路人、学生奉献祖国的引路人。习近平总书记关于“三个牢固树立”“四个相统一”“四有”好教师标准和“四个引路人”的重要论述为新时代教师队伍建设提供了根本遵循。 |
| Abstract: |
| Xi Jinping，President of Chinese Communist Party，points out that teachers are the foundation and key of education. He urges teachers to conduct the following principles. Firstly，teachers must firmly establish socialist ideals and beliefs with Chinese characteristics，idea of lifelong learning，and consciousness of reform and innovation. Secondly，teachers should learn and teach by virtue，and unify teaching and cultivating，verbal instruction and behavioral guidance，concentration on study and concern of the society，and academic freedom and academic norm. Thirdly，teachers should work hard to become good teachers with ideal and faith，moral sentiment，rich knowledge，and heart of benevolence. Lastly，teachers should be guiders for students to perfect their personality，obtain knowledge，innovate thinking mode，and devote to motherland. Three Firmly Fosterings，Four Unifyings，Four Standards of good teachers，and Four Guiders all constitute the Xi Jinping’s important discourse that is guiding the construction of teaching staff for a new era. |
