      研究生教育作为培养国家高层次创新型人才的主要源泉,是国家创新体系建设的实现途径和重要组成部分。针对日趋复杂研究生生源结构引起的研究生教育培养质量问题,建立“素质蛛网模型”,并基于模型结果,制定“花朵”状差异化培养方案图,最后将理论模型应用到湖南科技大学机电工程学院某课题研究组研究生培养方案的制定。研究结果可为我国硕士研究生培养体系的完善和发展提供一定的借鉴。
Abstract:
      As the main source of cultivating high-level innovative talents in China,postgraduate education is an important way to realize the construction of the national innovation system. Aiming at the quality problems of postgraduate education caused by the increasingly complex graduate student source structure,a“Cobweb Quality Mode”was established,and based on the model results,a“flower”-like differentiated training plan was drawn. Finally,the theoretical model was applied to designing the program of cultivating postgraduate students in College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Hunan University of Science and Technology. The research results may provide some reference for the improvement and development of the postgraduate training system in China.
