| 目前我国专业硕士培养存在培养方案不完善、“双师制” 落地困难、实践教学基地隐性不足与实习考核机制缺乏等诸多问题。论文在分析了影响专业硕士培养质量主要因素的基础上，提出了以下对策建议：构建以市场需求为导向，以实践能力培养为目标的专业硕士培养方案，建立与学科特色、课程体系以及培养模式等相适应的专业硕士培养学制，改革和创新高校教师绩效考核评价体系，大力推进“产学研一体化” 深度融合，提升专业硕士师资队伍综合素质，强化学位论文选题和质量考核，建立弹性学制和淘汰机制。 |
| Abstract: |
| With regard to the cultivation of professional-degree postgraduates，many urgent problems remain unsolved such as unreasonable education scheme，inefficient implementation of double-qualified teacher system，shortage of practical teaching bases and lack of assessment of internship. Based on an in-depth analysis of the main factors affecting the education quality of professional-degree postgraduates，this paper proposes a series of solutions to these above-mentioned problems including market-and-practical ability-oriented education scheme，establishment of an education system adapted to the characteristics of disciplines，curriculum systems and education models，innovation of the appraisal system of college teachers’performance，deep integration of industry-education-research，improvement of teaching staff quality，strengthening the quality of proposals and thesis，and establishment of flexible schooling system and elimination mechanism. |
