      为更好地理解把握高校教师专业发展规律,透过教师专业发展中外显的职称晋升路径,从教学、科研工作重点和工作方式变化入手探求专业发展内隐路径,提出从讲好一堂课到建设一门课再到负责一个专业,在自身与课程的交融中,教师从只会教书的教书匠发展为有思想的教育大师;从写好论文到主持课题再到培育成果,在教学与科研的交融中,教师从学科专业的学习者发展为具有科研意识的研究者;从端正态度到掌握方法再到打造团队,在自我管理和领导团队的交融中,教师从跟着别人干的追随者发展为具有课程、专业和团队领导力的领导者,给出专业发展各阶段存在的主要问题与能力提升关注重点,为教师专业发展提供理论和实践指导。
Abstract:
      In order to understand the rules of the professional development of college teachers,this paper explores the inner path,which is based on the changes of key points and working methods in their teaching and scientific research,through the outer path of teachers’professional promotion. It proposes a path from lecturing a good class,constructing a course to being in charge of a discipline. Through the interaction between the teacher and the course,teachers can elvove from teachers to educators. Through the combination of teaching and scientific research,teachers can move from writing papers,getting research projects to achieving good results,so that they will shift from a learner to a researcher with scientific awareness. Through the combination of self-management and team leading,teachers can right their attitude,master methods of building a team,so that they,instead of being followers,can become leaders of courses,disciplines and teams. Then they can analyze the major problems and key points in the professional development,and provide theoretical and practical guidance for teachers’professional development.
