      在系统工程和管理工程学科人才培养方面,系统思维能力的培养非常重要。如何把系统思维贯彻到人才培养的具体行动中去值得思考。重温钱学森的系统工程人才培养教育思想,本文从系统学习的整体观、系统的优化观、系统思维能力训练三个方面,结合大学课程“信息检索导论”的专业基础知识教学,探索对学生的系统思维能力进行潜移默化地培养和训练的方法。多样化考评设计和学习效果分析表明学生的系统思维能力得到了有效的提升。
Abstract:
      The cultivation of systematic thinking ability is of great importance in training talents majoring in systems engineering and management engineering. It is worth thinking about how to apply systematic thinking in talent training. This paper revisits Qian Xuesen’s education thoughts on how to cultivate systems engineering talents and explores the way of implicitly developing and training students’systematic thinking ability in the course of a subject foundation requisite,Introduction to Information Retrieval,from three aspects:the holistic view of studying systems,optimization of systems and systematic thinking ability training. Diversified assessment and analysis of learning effects show that students’systematic thinking ability has been effectively promoted.
