| 北约着眼新时期使命任务要求，顺应学习发展趋势，依托现有教育训练机构，构建了满足联盟需要的在线教育体系。作为北约军事教育训练的重要组成部分，北约的在线教育充分利用电子信息技术，采用基于SAT的课程组织实施框架，大力推行基于评估和认证的质量保障举措，着力发展优质高效低成本的教育训练解决方案，成为北约打造灵活敏捷、快速反应教育训练体系的创新实践和高效举措。 |
| Abstract: |
| With a view to its tasks and missions in a new era，NATO follows the development trend of learning and builds on the current education and training facilities to establish an e-Learning system that meets allies’needs. As an integral part of NATO’s military education and training efforts，e-Learning makes full use of electronic and information technology，adopts a SAT-driven course definition and delivery framework and promotes evaluation-and-accreditation-based quality assurance measures to develop effective，efficient and affordable education and training solutions. E-Learning has emerged to become NATO’s innovative practice and efficient solution to build a flexible，agile and responsive education and training system. |
