      当前,我国高校大学生健康状况存在着健康知识缺乏、生活方式不健康、心理问题严重等诸多问题,这与长期以来高校健康教育课程体系的不完善和结构性缺位有直接的关系。本研究在总结和剖析当前高校健康教育课程中存在问题的基础上,借鉴国外健康教育实践,提出“知识、行为和价值观”三位一体的健康教育课程体系构建策略。该课程体系是由认知教育课程、实践教育课程和价值观教育课程三个课程子系统构成的整体,分别起到了健康知识和技能传播普及、健康行为体验和养成、健康价值观塑造的作用,并提出了实施该课程体系的保障措施,为高校健康教育工作的改进与完善提供参考。
Abstract:
      College students in China have faced with serious health problems such as lack of health knowledge,unhealthy lifestyle and serious psychological problems,which was directly related to the incompleteness and structural vacancy of health education course system in a long term. This paper summarizes and analyses the problems of current college health education course system,and puts forward the strategy of the construction of trinity“Knowledge,Behavior and Value”health education course system by drawing on foreign health education practice. This system includes three subsystems of cognitive,practical and quality education courses,which is helpful to the spread of health knowledge and skills,the experience and formation of healthy behavior,and the shape of health value. Finally,it suggests measures to implement the health education course system,providing reference for the improvement and perfection of health education in colleges and universities.
