| 基于“三全育人”理念的校友评价反馈体系具有重大意义。本文结合同济大学近年来开展的校友调研实践，依据以“育”为根本，以“人”为核心、以“全”为关键、以“合”为目标的构建原则，提出了由“对培养过程的评价”“职业发展与社会贡献”“核心能力达成”以及“学校综合评价与展望”四个维度及相对应的18项主要评价要素组成的高校校友评价反馈指标体系。 |
| Abstract: |
| The Alumni’s evaluation and feedback index system from the Perspective of“three-wide education”has great significance for universities. The article reports the surveys of Tongji University alumni conducted in recent years. Based on the principles of“education”as the fundamental，“human”as the core，“comprehensiveness”as the key，“integration”as the goal，a alumni’s evaluation and feedback index system is proposed in this paper，including four dimensions—“evaluation of studying process”，“career development and social contribution”，“core competences achievement”and“comprehensive evaluation and prospect of university”and 18 corresponding key elements. |
