高校专业课教师作为高校课程思政教学的主力军,对专业课课程思政的实施起着至关重要的作用。运用SWOT分析法对高校专业课教师开展课程思政教学的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行系统分析,发现教学认知、知识储备、教学方法与教学机制影响专业课教师课程思政教学效果。根据研究结果提出了高校专业课教师课程思政教学的能力提升策略:转变教学认知,引导课程育人方向;积淀思想政治理论知识,提升教学资源整合力;创新课程思政教学方式,提升课堂教学吸引力;完善教学支撑机制,激发教学动力。 |
Abstract: |
Teachers of specialized courses in colleges and universities are the main force in ideological and political education in all courses,and they play a vital role in the implementation of specialized courses. The SWOT analysis method is used to systematically analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of carrying out ideological and political education in specialized courses. It is found that teaching cognition,knowledge reserves,teaching methods and teaching mechanisms affect the effectiveness of such education. Therefore,according to the results,strategies for improving the effects are proposed:change teaching cognition to guide the direction of curriculum education,accumulate knowledge of ideological and political theories to enhance the integration of teaching resources,innovate ideological and political education methods to improve classroom teaching attractiveness,and improve teaching support mechanism to stimulate teaching motivation. |
