中文摘要:
      高水平战略管理人才是当前急需的重要人才类型之一。该类人才具有问题层次高、知识面宽、实践问题导向等特点,需要采用院校理论教学和岗位历练实践相结合的培养方式。如何根据战略管理人才的特点和要求创新院校的培养方式和教学模式,是当前战略管理人才培养的重要课题。本文在分析战略管理复杂性及其应对策略的基础上,面向战略规划评估问题提出了战略管理人才的预实践培养方法。该方法将战略管理理论知识与应用实践有机结合,通过创新“五位一体”教学模式,实现“问题导向、身临其境”的沉浸式教学和任务场景预实践,培养学生运用理论方法和工具流程来分析和解决实际问题的战略管理能力素养。
Abstract:
      High-level strategic management talents are one of the important types of talents urgently needed at present. This kind of talents have the characteristics of strong awareness of big issues,wide knowledge range and practical problem orientation. It is necessary to adopt the training method of combining college theoretical teaching with post experience and practice. How to innovate the training methods and teaching modes according to the characteristics and requirements of strategic management talents is an important topic in the current training of strategic management talents. Based on the analysis of the complexity of strategic management and its countermeasures,this paper puts forward the pre-practice training method of strategic management talents for the evaluation of strategic planning. This method effectively combines the theoretical knowledge of strategic management with application practice,realizes the“problem-oriented and immersive” teaching and task scene pre-practice by innovating the“five-in-one”teaching mode,and cultivates students’strategic management ability to analyze and solve practical problems by using theoretical methods and tool processes.
