      军队专业学位研究生教育“学术漂移”是指由于片面追求学术价值,在教育实践中无意识、不自觉模仿学术学位研究生教育,导致其与学术学位研究生教育趋同发展的倾向。“学术漂移”由强制、模仿、规范三种机制共同作用形成,可以通过形塑“个性化”文化生态、构设“专有化”制度环境、构建“联动型”培养体系、探索“渐进式”改革路径进行治理,进而降低或消除其消极影响,有力推进军队专业学位研究生教育内涵式发展。
Abstract:
      “Academic drift”in military professional degree graduate education refers to the tendency of its convergence with academic degree graduate education due to one-sided pursuit of academic value and unconscious imitation of academic degree graduate education in educational practice.“Academic drift”is formed by the joint action of coercive,mimetic and normative mechanisms. It can be managed by shaping a“personalized”cultural ecology,constructing a“proprietary”institutional environment,building a linkage training system and exploring a“gradual”reform path,thus reducing or eliminating its negative impact,and vigorously promoting the connotative development of military professional degree graduate education.
