重视与开展学生评教已成为大多数高校课堂教学质量评价的普遍做法。在深入剖析、反思传统高校学生评教现状及问题的基础上,立足“学为中心、产出导向、持续改进”理念,从总体设计、指标设置、实施过程、计算办法等方面重构了总体与分项相结合、定性与定量相结合、主观与客观相适应的学生评教方案,并在有关高校开展了近七个学期的实践检验,提出了多尺度聚类分析、纵向跟踪观测、横向关联分析的评教数据分析与应用方法,为高校学生评教功能的有效发挥提供有益参考。 |
Abstract: |
More and more universities have attached great importance to carry out student’s class-teaching evaluation. Based on an in-depth analysis and reflection on the status of traditional college student’s class-teaching evaluation,and the concept“learning-centered,output-oriented,continuous improvement”,the paper reconstructs the student’s class-teaching evaluation,including the aspects of overall design,index setting,implementation process,calculation method and so on,which combines the overall with the sub-item,the qualitative with the quantitative,the subjective with the objective. It has carried out the practice test in the university nearly seven semesters,which analyzes the teaching evaluation data with multi-scale clustering analysis,longitudinal tracking observation and horizontal correlation analysis. This program has a valuable contribution to the student’s class-teaching evaluation function. |
