      翻转课堂是教学理念的重塑,更是学习理念的重塑,学习过程的重塑。本研究基于研究生英语翻转课堂教学实践,采用学生问卷调查和访谈的方式收集数据,对比分析了学习者视角翻转课堂教学模式的优势和不足。研究结果表明,研究生英语翻转课堂的有效构建关键在于加强翻转课前“知识传授”阶段的学习指导、监督和评价。通过翻转课堂教学实践及反思,提出了针对性的改进举措。
Abstract:
      Flipping the classroom is not only a reshaping of the concept of teaching,but also a reshaping of the concept and the process of learning. Based on teaching practice in a master’s flipped EFL classroom,and using data collected from student questionnaires and interviews,this study examined the advantages and disadvantages of the flipped classroom model from the students’perspective. Results show that the key to an effective flipped English classroom is to reinforce guidance,monitoring,and evaluation to the engineering masters in the before-class“knowledge imparting”stage. Tentative suggestions for future teaching are provided after the reflections on this teaching practice.
