| 红色体育是中国共产党在带领所属武装力量和人民开展革命斗争和恢复建设的历史进程中创造出的顺应时代发展、支撑革命事业、符合人民需求的体育锻炼体系、体育组织形态、体育竞赛模式和体育精神文化的总称。面对新时代军事体育建设发展任务，对红色体育的发展历程、历史作用及主要特点进行了梳理，旨在从红色体育中汲取历史营养，学习贯彻习近平强军思想，学习贯彻习近平关于体育的重要论述，为新时代军事体育建设发展提供借鉴和启示。 |
| Abstract: |
| Red sports is the general name of the physical exercise system，sports organization form，sports competition mode and sports spiritual culture created by the Communist Party of China in the historical process of leading its armed forces and people to carry out revolutionary struggle and restore construction，which conforms to the development of the times. Facing the development of military sports in the new era，this paper analyzes the development processes，historical role and main characteristics of red sports，aiming to draw historical nutrition from red sports，study and implement Xi Jin-Ping’s thought of building a strong military and important exposition on sports，and provide reference and enlightenment for the development of the military sports in the new era. |
