| 杰出科技创新人才作为加快建设教育强国、科技强国、人才强国的关键人才，其需求比以往任何时候都更加紧迫。收集钱学森相关生平数据，并运用数据分析方法探索出了杰出人才培养的四点关键要素：文化底蕴是杰出人才培养的基础，宗师引路是杰出人才培养的关键，实践求真是杰出人才培养的途径，学科交叉是杰出人才培养的支撑。基于数据分析的研究结论为新时代加强科技创新人才培养、回答“钱学森之问”提供了参考。 |
| Abstract: |
| As a key to accelerating the construction of a country with strong education，advanced technology，and abundant talents，outstanding talents for scientific and technological innovation，are in more urgent need than ever before. Collection of relevant biographical data of Qian Xuesen and analysis of the data revealed the four key elements of cultivating outstanding talents：cultural heritage as the foundation，masters’guidance as the key，practical truth-seeking as the approach，and interdisciplinary training as the support. The conclusions based on data analysis provide reference for strengthening the cultivation of talents for scientific and technological innovation in the new era and answering the“Qian Xuesen’s question”. |
