| Abstract: |
| This article elaborates the special educational ideology of Harbin Military Academy of Engineering from three aspects：the unique school management ideology of“relying on old rules and senior teachers”，the ideology of valuing education，and the education philosophy of promoting all-round development of both socialist-minded and professionally competent students. Then it discusses the characteristic campus culture of Harbin Military Academy of Engineering from two aspects：the visible campus construction and the invisible construction of campus culture. The educational ideology and campus culture were precisely the success of Harbin Military Academy of Engineering. |
